As the COVID-19 situation continues to grow in severity, our members are increasingly worried about their financial security and we are doing our best to continue to be there for our members during this difficult time.

At First State Super we are managing our response to ensure that the health and wellbeing of our team remains a priority, while also maintaining the best possible service and support for our members and employers.

In support of this, we are continuing to monitor the advice of health experts and the government and we have implemented a work from home arrangement for the majority of our employees. We have also made the decision to close our Member Service Centres to visitors.

Please be assured we are implementing every possible workaround and alternative, to ensure we are here to provide our members with the best possible service, advice and support during this uncertain time.

Some of the actions we have taken include:

• Extending our telephone-based Member Service Centre functionality to ensure our members, employers and stakeholders are able to talk to one of our amazing Member Service Centre Team

• Extending our telephone-based and online financial advice capability to ensure our members can receive the support they need

• While we have had to postpone our public seminar program, we are putting in place webinar functionality to continue to provide these services to our members
