The Retirement Hub service was created to help you understand your options and navigate through them confidently. Most importantly, it can help you take every opportunity to make the most of today, and tomorrow.

Waiting for your partner to finish work, so you can both enjoy retirement? Advice from HESTA can help couples make the most of their financial lives together after work.

Your first appointment with us is at no cost. Once we’ve discussed your needs, you can access more in-depth retirement advice for one fixed fee of $300 for singles and $500 for partners.

We can help you with:

  • setting your retirement goals
  • super and the Age Pension
  • maintaining your super and insurance when you start accessing your super
  • creating a personalised transition to retirement strategy through superannuation.

Help to apply for the age pension, and more

Are you getting everything you’re entitled to from Centrelink? Is your partner about to apply for the Age Pension too?

Retirement Essentials can save you time and stress by doing all the heavy lifting for you. A confidential service, Retirement Essentials makes it easy for you and your partner to apply for Centrelink entitlements, including the Age Pension.

The service is available to all HESTA members and partners at one upfront fee of $396 per person, payable when the application is completed.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Get your free eligibility calculation, find out how much Age Pension you’re eligible for or whether you’re eligible for the Commonwealth Seniors Health Card.

Step 2: Start your application online.

Step 3: Complete your application from the comfort of your own home and at your pace*.
