As part of the first evaluation of the NSW Regional Health Strategic Plan 2022-2032, the NSW government is conducting a survey to assess the progress to date. 

The Plan represents a long-term commitment to building a sustainable, equitable and integrated health system that delivers outcomes that matter most to patients and communities in regional, rural, and remote NSW areas. 

The six strategic priorities focus on: strengthening the regional health workforce; improving access to health services; keeping people healthy through prevention, early intervention, and education; keeping communities informed; expanding primary, community, and hospital care; and harnessing innovation for healthcare. 

Your responses will help assess progress against these priorities, particularly changes over the past three years (since 2022).
