You are invited to take part in this research on your experiences and attitudes towards rostering, shiftwork, and flexible work. We are surveying NSWNMA members who work in in the public health system, private hospitals, or residential aged care facilities in NSW. The findings from this project aim to support policy development focused on work-life balance and job control in nursing and midwifery.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes of your time to complete. Your responses are anonymous and participation in this research study is voluntary.
