Researchers from the University of Queensland are inviting registered nurses working in residential aged care to participate in a short survey about their current practice. 

The study will explore the factors that enable or hinder RNs from working to their full scope of practice. By sharing your experiences, you’ll contribute to research that could help inform future improvements to workforce design, nursing practice, and quality care. 

The survey takes just 5-7 minutes to complete and is open to all registered nurses currently working in residential aged care across Australia. The survey will officially close at the end of October.
