Researchers from the University of Technology Sydney are conducting a study to determine the nature of care pathways for stroke survivors with visual impairment in NSW.
It aims to find out the timing and tools used for vision screening, the type of management and referrals given, as well as the long term visual rehabilitation. From the information you provide, coupled with the perspectives of stroke survivors, researchers aim to identify gaps in the eye care pathway and potential barriers to successful management and rehabilitation for visual conditions.
The survey is estimated to take 30 minutes, and is confidential. You can complete the survey here.
