The NSWNMA is calling all midwives to participate in our Midwifery Workforce Survey. Your feedback will help play a pivotal role in the Associations efforts to advocate for improvements in maternity services.
The NSW Nurses and Midwives’ Association is reaching out to all midwives in both public and private sectors to build an accurate snapshot of the current situation on the floor. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes, and the insights gained will be fundamental to improving conditions for midwives statewide.
Why take part?
- Your input will provide invaluable data to show the need for improved midwifery staffing ratios
- Your honest feedback will show which services (e.g. antenatal, home visits, or the birthing unit) are the most impacted by midwifery shortages
- Your insights will also assist the Birthrate Plus Review committee to develop solutions to address challenges faced across the state
Complete the survey here and make your voice heard on the issues impacting midwifery.
