I need help about my employment but don’t want my employer to know if I ring NSWNMA. Is contact with the union kept confidential? 

NSWNMA regularly provides information and support directly to members. Often this is sufficient to resolve the issue or allow the member to undertake more informed discussions with their employer. NSWNMA would never contact an employer on your behalf without your consent.
