I work at a hospital run by Healthe Care.  Can I take annual leave in single days?

Clause 27(xiv), Annual Leave and Public Holidays, of the Healthe Care Pty Ltd (New South Wales Hospitals) and the NSWNMA/ANMF NSW Branch Enterprise Agreement 2017 sets out that an employee may elect, with the consent of their employer, to access annual leave in single day lots up to a maximum of ten per calendar year.
