Fun at work day – fitness style!

Its National Fun at Work day!  That’s right, the country is literally saying, let’s have fun at work!

Well, here’s a spin on ways to celebrate having fun at work (fitness style!) from Karl from Vitruvian Health.

Let’s jump in!

It’s a race!

Are you buying food out during your break?  If so, rather than walking to your destination, challenge your friend to a race there!  Last one buys lunch!

(Make sure the race happens in a location where you are unlikely to bump into lots of people/equipment).

Do the apple challenge

Get a big round apple and challenge your coworkers to tilt their head back so they can place the apple on their eye. The challenge is to slowly nudge or roll the apple towards and catching it in their mouth. If it rolls off completely, they’re out!

Sculling competition

Some people say sculling alcoholic drinks is easy.  Have you tried sculling water?  It can be much more challenging!

Have a competition sculling 500ml of water.  Loser has to do 10 sit ups!

For some fun we had in the gym, check out this video of how boxing bags aren’t for slapping.. or are they?!

Enjoy!
