I am an EN and recently got a new job in aged care. I started at my job on 21 February 2022. Will I still be eligible for the new aged care bonus even though I have not been working in the industry for very long?

Yes. The new Aged Care Workforce Bonus Payment will be payable to workers employed in residential or home aged care on 28 February and 28 April 2022. Employers (aged care providers and agencies that provide aged care staff) will be able to apply from 1 March 2022 on behalf of eligible workers and will then pay the bonus to those workers.
